Summer Camp

Romp n' Roll is putting the final touches on a spectacular summer of camps and classes. Each week of Summer Camp has a fun weekly theme. Rompy's "Stimulus Package"

There is a lot of talk about "stimulus" these days. At Romp n' Roll, we've been offering an incredible "Stimulus Package" every week for thousands of kids all over Richmond and around the country:

• We stimulate gross motor development when we swing on the trapeze and bounce on our great big air log
• We stimulate fine motor development when we make polka dots with a Q-tip paint brush
• We stimulate rhythm and pitch when we tap out a silly symphony on our resonator bells
• We stimulate imaginations when our balance beam becomes the long plank of a pirate ship
• We stimulate listening skills when we "shake shake shake the parachute" and then "STOP"!
• We stimulate turn taking as we wait for a friend to climb up and over our rock wall.
• We stimulate language skills as our instructor engages the class in a weekly theme-based story
• We stimulate social skills by limiting classes to an appropriate number of similar-aged children.
• We stimulate decision-making as we explore the gym to just do what looks most interesting.
• We stimulate joy when we celebrate a Super Birthday Bash!
• We stimulate independence when a child is dropped off at Summer Camp for the first time.
• We stimulate a lifetime love of learning and fitness when we come to Romp n' Roll!

Welcome To Rompy's World

Welcome to Rompy's World -- the official blog for Romp n' Roll. As of today, we have 14 children's play centers across the U.S. -- eight of which are open and six are under development. We cater exclusively to children under the age of six, offering the widest variety of camps, classes, and birthday parties. Our classes include Gym and Tumble Tunes (age specifc classes), as well as a growing list of "specialty classes" such us Princess class, Superheroes, Silly Science, Aargh Matey!, Paint Paint Paint, Construction Junction, Art Explorers and more!

Rompy is our beloved mascot at Romp n' Roll so it only fitting that we name our blog after him.
